Stop marketing emails from People's Patterns or ask us to update your email preferences.
How to unsubscribe
The fastest path is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any People's Patterns marketing email. That link is specific to the email address that received the message and turns off marketing automatically.
If the link does not work, email hello@peoplespatterns.com with the subject "Unsubscribe". Include the email address you want removed if you are writing from a different address.
What stops
- Weekly digest emails
- New pattern announcements
- Welcome sequence emails
- Promotional email campaigns
What may still send
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional service emails. We may still send account confirmation, password, purchase receipt, download, legacy plan, refund, security, and support emails when needed to provide the service.
Account deletion
Unsubscribing only changes email preferences. To delete your account and saved measurement profiles, open Account Settings and choose Delete Account, or email hello@peoplespatterns.com with the subject "Delete my account".
